Design

• The cabinet: double-wall with negative pressure to prevent contaminant from escaping outside.
• Scientific design: narrow front air vents, lifting frames and slats create a comfortable work surface. The special front ventilation grille is designed to provide optimum protection for the user and the product.

Technology

• HUYAir Bio2-Eco is used “HUYAir Comprehensive Microprocessor Controller” shows the full performance of the biological safety cabinet on the LCD display.
• The cabinet is equipped with a direct sensor to monitor the flow of air and is integrated in the wind warning mode when the wind speed is low.
• Display warning when the filter and UV lamp runs out of energy efficiency. .
• When the sash glass is fully closed, the motor will be decreased, only + 30% capacity to save the energy, increase long-life and maintain cleaned air in the working zone.
• Motor: uses EBMpapst centrifugal fan, the motor lowers energy usage, extends filter life and reduces noise.

Safety

• Minimize reduce possibility of cross-contamination with laminar airflow through HEPA filter then through sieve filter evenly distributes plenum air at the workspace.
• Protect the user with system HEPA filter provide 99.99% efficiency after that through pre-filter before being discharged to the outside atmosphere, preventing hazardous substances from entering the environment.
• Warning: When the sash glass is opened over 200 mm, lamp and whistle will be turned on to protect the operator safety.
