HUYAir Pass Box series are transportation box for sample, equipment, material into clean room through pass box to eliminate the contamination from the dirty room. Interlocking door mechanism is the prime feature of a pass box, when door at one side is open the door at other side remains closed.
A pass box is designed in two different types; static and dynamic, it is the user specific requirement which decides the right design configuration.
– Medical-grade, Standard compliance: UPS Healthcare – Pharmaceutical.
– HEPA Filter: Clean air through a HEPA H14 filter removes contaminating particles of 0.3 µm or larger at 99.995% efficiency.
– Motor: Use Germam made ebm-papst ® permanently lubricated, centrifugal motor/blowers with external rotor designs. Selected for energy efficiency, compact design, and flat profile, the completely integrated blower assembly optimizes motor cooling, with unified rotating parts and overall component balance for smooth, quiet, vibration-free operation. Weight is equally distributed to all bearings to extend bearing life.
– Controller: LCD touch screen
– Double Walled Construction, electro-magnetic Interlock between 2 walls, electric power system, controller and the inner surface of the pass box channel should be clean.
– The internal chamber of the pass box are constructed from a single piece of stainless steel SUS 304 or powder coated sheet, easy to clean and kill bacteria.
– All Pass Boxes include a Electro-magnetic Interlock system designed to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. This design ensures that only one door can be opened at a time, not both.
– Pass box has a special sealed yarn that ensures the transit box is airtight, thus minimising the amount of germs, particles, and other potential contaminants in the surrounding environment will not enter cleanroom and preventing internal “dirty” air from leaving the space.
– The pass box base surface is constructed of stainless steel SUS 304, continuous seam welds that are ground and finished to eliminate possible harbors for bio-burdens…making this pass-through chamber ideal for aseptic environments.
– Ultraviolet 254nm light with Hour Meter with interlocking arrangement to put-off UV light if any of the door opens.
– Tempered glass doors provide a clear view of internal chamber.
