– For installation in cleanrooms and hallways with hight ceilings and narrow spaces.
– Blower and HEPA filter (or ULPA) are mounted on top of the equipment.
– Air flows through at high speed through the interior nozzles, jets of HEPA-filtered air dislodge surface-deposited particles and debris from personnel garments and equipment and circulates back through the HEPA filter via return vents. HEPA filter is designed to retain contaminants, which removes 99.99% of particles as small as 0.3.
– Electronic interlock system prevents doors from being opened during the air shower cycle.
– Emergency stop buttons inside and outside the Air Shower, on both sides of the equipment, close to the entrance doors for maximum safety. Emergency stop buttons immediately shut down the air shower, interlock system and release the doors at any time when depressed; the doors also release when a power outage occurs to ensure operator safety.
– Openning door is made of powder coated sheet or SUS 304, anti-stick surface to clean easily, with tempered glass or polycarbonate windows permitting visibility.
– Adjustable nozzles can be directed at critical areas in the chamber.
– Motion-activated interior lighting uses LEDs for longevity and energy efficiency
– The internal chamber is constructed of powder coated sheet or SUS 304
– Frame is made of powder coated sheet or SUS 304 depened on customers’ requirement.
– Shower time and door interlock duration can be programmed using LCD digital control or color LCD Touch Screen.
